Villa renovation, Antibes

Renovation of a villa in Antibes for an international client, combining architecture with the Mediterranean landscape. The project includes façade refurbishment in line with local regulations, new glazing to enhance natural light, and installation of solar panels.

A new प्रवेश with a pergola (tonnelle) and organized parking area has been designed. The garden is preserved and enriched with new planting.

The key feature is a lap pool (“couloir de nage”) with an elegant wooden deck, creating a refined outdoor living space.
