Villa Renovation and Extension with Landscape Design
This project involves the comprehensive renovation and extension of a villa, aimed at enhancing everyday comfort while strengthening the connection between the house and its surrounding garden. The design includes the expansion of the living area, the introduction of larger openings to bring in more natural light, and the creation of inviting outdoor living spaces.
The project features a new covered terrace, redesigned garden areas with terraces and a poolside lounge, as well as extensions to the garage and selected parts of the house. Improvements also include a reorganization of the outdoor areas, an enlarged parking space, and the addition of new landscape elements.
The overall design remains faithful to the character of the existing property, using light, natural materials and regional architectural details inspired by the Mediterranean style.
