The Challenge
The client acquired a dated 90m² penthouse in Juan-les-Pins. Despite its prime location, the interior felt cramped, poorly ventilated, and failed to leverage the spectacular 270-degree Mediterranean views. The goal was to create a high-end, modern retreat that felt both spacious and exclusive.
The Architectural Solution
In collaboration with Architect Elzbieta Falkowska, we executed a structural reconfiguration. By removing redundant partitions and implementing a minimalist, open-plan concept, we harmonized the flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Large-format glazing was introduced to merge the interior with the terrace, effectively "bringing the sea inside."
The Life-Changing Effect
The result is a light-filled sanctuary that serves as a perfect escape for international clients. What was once a series of isolated rooms is now a continuous, luxury experience where the horizon is the primary design element. The property's market value was significantly enhanced through this bespoke architectural intervention.
