The project includes a partial extension achieved through the continuation of the existing roof, while preserving the building’s proportions and identity.
The new roof design and comprehensive energy renovation enhance both functionality and everyday comfort, opening the interior spaces to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lush Mediterranean vegetation. Natural stone, traditional roof tiles and understated façade colours reinforce the character of this unique project and its harmonious integration into the local landscape.
