Initial Consultation
We start with a detailed discussion to understand your goals, requirements, and vision for the project. This can be done remotely or in person to review your property and ideas.
Feasibility & Proposal
I assess your project's feasibility based on local planning regulations (PLU) and your budget. Following this, I provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of our services, timeline, and fees.
Concept Design
I develop initial design concepts, including sketches, mood boards, and 3D models. This creative phase allows us to explore possibilities and define the architectural and aesthetic direction that best suits your vision.
Permit Application & Design Development
Once the concept is approved, I create detailed drawings and compile the administrative file for the building permit (Permis de Construire) or prior declaration (Déclaration Préalable). I submit the file and manage all communications with the local authorities.
Technical Design & Contractor Selection
I produce a full set of technical drawings and specifications for construction. I then prepare tender documents to send to qualified construction companies and help you analyze their quotes to select the best team for your project.
Construction Supervision
I act as your representative on-site, managing the construction phase (Suivi de chantier). I coordinate with the contractors, ensure high-quality execution, and make sure the project is built according to the approved plans and schedule.
Project Handover
Upon completion, I conduct a final inspection of the works (Réception des travaux), manage any remaining items, and officially hand over the completed, dream-worthy project to you.
